1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3, 4 and 5 in private. 2. Consideration of continued petitions: The Committee will consider the following continued petitions— PE1933: Allow the Fornethy Survivors to access Scotland’s redress scheme; PE2062: Introduce a National Screening Programme for Prostate Cancer; PE2099: Stop the proposed centralisation of specialist neonatal units in NHS Scotland; PE2132; Publish a timeline for the dualling of the A96 between Inverness and Nairn by Easter 2025; PE2139:Automatic expulsion for children charged with committing a crime against another child; PE2190: Hold an inquiry into grooming gangs in Scotland; PE2208: Implement mandatory collection and publication of child sexual offender data; and PE2202: Stop the Guga Hunt. 3. Decision on publication of submission: The Committee will decide whether to accept a request to provide an anonymous submission for petition PE2190: Hold an inquiry into grooming gangs in Scotland. 4. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2025 to 8 April 2026. 5. Legacy report: The Committee will consider a draft legacy report.
