Chief Superintendent Garry McEwan, Criminal Justice Services Division, Police Scotland;
Calum Steele, General Secretary, Scottish Police Federation;
Lucille Inglis, UNISON Police Staff Scotland Branch Chairperson, UNISON Scotland.

3. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider a draft report on its Pre-Budget Scrutiny.

4. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
