Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Investigation and Commencement of Repair (Scotland) Regulations 2026 [draft] from— Màiri McAllan, Cabinet Secretary for Housing, Nichelle Gill, Policy Manager, Charles Willis, Housing Standards and Quality Team Leader, and Sarah Woolman, Lawyer, Scottish Government. 3.
