Budget (Scotland) (No. 5) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 6. Natural Environment (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. 7. Railways Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the Legislative Consent Memorandum and powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Bill. 8. Crime and Policing Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the third supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum and powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Bill. 9. Finance (No. 2) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the Legislative Consent Memorandum and the delegated power within devolved competence in the Bill.
